We met while our kids were attending nursery school in Croton-On-Hudson. Realizing we had similar interests in remodeling outdated homes for today’s families, we formed LNI Homes in 2014.

I have had a lifetime interest in rebuilding homes. It started when I was a kid. My grandfather was an Air Conditioning and Heating contractor who brought me along on jobs as I was growing up. That set my foundation for my education and experience in home building and remodeling.
Graduating in 2000 from Elmira College with a Bachelor of Arts, I have had success in running my own small businesses. Focusing on producing quality work.
Meeting Pat in 2011, we shared the vision in building quality homes in the area and realized my business background compliments his construction background.
2015 was a great year for us, and we look forward to continue building quality homes for today’s families.
I’ve been in home building and remodeling since a teenager. In 1985, at the age of 15, my father moved us to Italy where he grew up. Immediately, I started working as a mason, framer and pre-fabbing homes. I returned to the Bronx at 16, where I worked in masonry, tiling & flooring, plumbing, electrical, renovating kitchens & bathrooms, and framing.
This allowed me to start my own contracting business in 2006, P & L Home Improvement. Where I focused on all phases of interior building and remodeling.
When Greg and I met, I realized we had a shared vision. His business background compliments my general contracting background. Allowing me to focus completely on the building and remodeling side of our business.
We love working with families to help them realize their dream homes.
